Wii Fit Guide - A Tutorial for Cheats and Weight Loss

There's a new Wii Fit guide available for download. This tutorial walks through every game and tells how to unlock each game, tips for success on each game and exercise, how to avoid injury, and more.

It reveals all the secret jogging trails.

It does contain all the cheats, like how to earn 'time' coins in the Fit Bank super quickly and how to beat some of the harder balance games.

But the Wii Fit Tutorial also comes with something that I'm surprised isn't included with the Wii Fit itself: a workout routine. It tells you exactly which exercises to do, how long to do them, in what order, and on what days. It gives you a well-rounded routine which covers all muscle groups, and by following it you can avoid the soreness that happens when you overwork a single muscle group.

Crysis Requirements

Crysis Requirements

After recently acquiring my copy of Crysis and playing through half the game, some of my friends came to see the awesomeness that is Crysis.

What a SWEET video game. The graphics are incredible, the AI of the bad guys is really good (scary at times), and the user interface is very intuitive and user-friendly.

So my buddies now want to get the game, but they need to check their system requirements on their PC.

Here's the official list:

PC Processor Type - 2.8GHz (Intel P4 or AMD Athlon 2800+ or faster)
PC Operating System - Windows XP (with SP2), Windows Vista
PC System Memory - 1GB RAM
PC Hard Drive Space - 12GB
PC Video - 256MB video card
PC Sound Card - DirectX 9.0-compatible sound card
PC Additional Requirements - Internet service required to access online features

If your PC meets the Crysis requirements, your performance will be fine. Much has been made about how hard this game is on PCs, but it really isn't that big a deal. Considering that some of EA Games affiliates are Intel, it's no wonder they're pushing people to buy better hardware.

This video game is the best First-Person Shooter I've ever played (and I've played almost all of them). I like the fact that the missions are wide open as far as how you go about completing them. I prefer the stealthy, sneaky, sniper tactics, but wide-open firepower works, too. And the fact that Crysis multiplayer is as awesome as the single-player campaign is definitely a plus!

You can get Crysis from Amazon:

Video Game Rental service like Netflix

The 'Best Free Information' site has a blurb on how to get video games by mail, much like the Netflix service:

Video Game Rental by Mail

It's pretty cool because there are no late fees, no shipping fees, and even a free trial.

Doom 4 Info

Doom 4 Info has been announced...

Legendary game maker Id Software on Wednesday confirmed that it has begun production on Doom 4, a new installment of the first-person shooter game franchise that first put the company on the map a decade and a half ago.

The announcement comes in conjunction with the listing of new jobs available on Id Software’s Web site. The company is fleshing out its roster with new designers, artists, animators, programmers and others.

Todd Hollenshead, Id Software’s CEO, said that the company is putting out the call for the “greatest talent and brightest minds” to create the next Doom game.

“It’s critical for id Software to have the best creative minds in-house to develop games that meet the standards synonymous with our titles,” said Hollenshead in a statement.

Id Software didn’t specify what will be in Doom 4, or what platforms the game is targeted for. The job postings indicate that the company is looking for programmers with experience developing for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. That doesn’t mean the Mac is off the list, however.

Id Software’s games regularly come to the Mac, thanks to partnerships with companies like Aspyr Media. Id is also planning a Mac release of its next major game, Rage.
